Preemie Promise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting premature babies and the families who love them. We exist to bring hope during some of life’s most overwhelming moments by helping ensure that the smallest and most vulnerable babies receive the care they need to survive and thrive.
Our mission was inspired by our founder Faith Ken-Kwofie who has personal connection to the NICU experience. Witnessing firsthand the emotional, financial, and medical challenges families face during premature birth sparked a commitment to create an organization rooted in compassion, advocacy, and real support for those navigating this journey.
Through funding life-saving NICU resources, supporting families, and raising awareness about prematurity, Preemie Promise turns compassion into action. With the help of our community, we work to create lasting impact—because every baby’s life matters, no matter how small.
Our mission is to support premature babies and their families by providing critical resources, funding life-saving NICU care, and creating a compassionate community of hope.
